Jacob Kilbride, LMT, TSAC-F, USAW-L2, FST, FMS, has been a Strength & Conditioning coach since 2007. He graduated from Spencerian School of Massage in 2011 with a degree in massage therapy. He has managed, owned, and operated 3 gyms. Jacob has worked with College Track and Field Athletes for Spaulding University, Professional Arena Football Athletes, and numerous athletes in the sports of triathlon, running, cycling, and CrossFit.
He holds a Massage Therapy License (LMT), USA Weightlifting Advanced Certification, Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Jacob is also a certified FST Therapist (Fascial Stretch Therapy) from the Stretch to Win Institute Jacob is also proficient in various other Manual and Soft Tissue Techniques including Muscle Energy Techniques, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Kinesio-Taping Techniques, and Functional Movement Systems.
Jacob has a well-rounded education in various systems across the industry. He has attended courses in Running Mechanics, Olympic lifting, Endurance Training Programming and Rowing. Jacob comes with a very dynamic background. Jacob is a Veteran of the United States Coast Guard where he was a Boatswains Mate and Performed Search and Rescue and Law enforcement missions. Jacob is a former Firefighter/EMT where he was the primary medic on duty and also was the Heath and Wellness Coordinator for the department.
